The teenage years are a time of rapid growth, neurological development, and hormonal change. During this stage, the body is working hard to mature multiple systems at once: including the gut, immune system, nervous system, and hormones.
When these systems are under strain, symptoms can begin to surface.

Healing is approached with respect for a teen’s growing independence. We look at how nutrition, gut health, sleep, stress, mood, hormones, and environment interact, while encouraging teens to build awareness and take ownership of their health in a supportive way.
